Answers to common questions

Where do you ship to?

Within the USA - Ships from Pennsylvania via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. 

The majority of my items are hand-made. I hand-make each item myself with
no employees. I care about customer satisfaction and the quality.

Current processing times for custom orders are 5-10 business days.

How long does shipping take?

USPS
Delivery times vary by service, including:

  • Priority Mail Express: Next day to 2 days 
  • Priority Mail: 1–3 days 
  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 days
  • First-Class Mail: 1–5 days 

UPS

  • Transit times are between one to five business days, with Saturday delivery standard to most residential addresses.

Expect and plan on delays during the Holiday season. Please order in a timely manner.

How do I track my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at Sara@WarfelDesignCo.com with
your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

How do I return an item?

Refunds, Exchanges and Returns:

Due to the customized nature of the majority of my products, I do
not
accept returns and or exchanges. With that being said, I understand
that things happen. Please contact us directly if you have any issues or
concerns.

How long does it take to process my return?

Personalized or custom orders cannot be returned, however please reach out to me with your concerns.

If the item is not personalized, I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be
automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Exchanges are dependent on what the item is. Please contact me to discuss.

Do you take custom orders?

Do you offer rush orders?

I do, but please contact me first with when you need it. I do charge a rush fee to bump your order to the front. If you need the shipping expedited, please let me know.

Shipping policy

Most orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order
confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

***There may at times be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your
control. Once an order ships, it is no longer in my control. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Local Pick Up

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 10 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
